About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recording Financial Transactions: Record and maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  2. Managing Accounts: Handle all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
  3. Preparing Financial Reports: Prepare and review profit and loss statements and balance sheets to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  4. Maintaining Financial Records: Update and maintain the company ledger to reflect all financial transactions.
Requirements
  1. Financial Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial principles, including accounting standards and regulations.
  2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  3. Attention to Detail: Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting.
  4. Microsoft Excel Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyze and present financial data.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting: B.Com/ BSc/ M.Com/ MBA/ MSc in Finance/ Accounting from a recognized institution.
  2. Professional Certification: Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) certification is preferred.
  3. UK-Based Experience: Essential experience working in a UK-based firm.
Working Conditions

Work from office, 10am-7pm shift time.
