About The Job

Translation Empire is looking for an Accounting Manager who is an expert in accounts, payroll, taxation, expense/payment management, and regulations. The Accounting Manager must be able to coordinate with management for payment approvals and check preparations, and ensure compliance with all applicable organizations such as FBR and UK laws.

Responsibilities

  1. Excellent Bookkeeping
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills
  3. Preparation of UK VAT returns
  4. Preparation of Annual accounts
  5. Written & Spoken English Skills
  6. Assisting senior and junior team members
  7. Overseeing ongoing maintenance of accounts
  8. Supporting management in the accurate production of budgets
  9. Ensure cashflow is utilized properly and protect reserves
  10. Audit financial information for inconsistencies
  11. Providing tax planning strategies in accordance with existing legislation
  12. Ensure the books of the company are kept updated on a routine basis
  13. Draft letters, emails, and other necessary documents for correspondence
  14. Delivering monthly accounting responsibilities accurately and to agreed timelines
  15. Maintaining financial records using various accounting software
  16. Analyzing financial data using different analysis tools and techniques
  17. Preparing financial accounts preparation and preparing supporting working papers in Excel
  18. Year adjustment calculations such as accruals, prepayments, depreciation, deferred or accrued income, etc.
  19. Preparation of corporate and income tax computations

Requirements

  1. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
  2. Understanding of accounting and financial processes
  3. Excellent English communication & presentational skills
  4. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  5. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  6. Ethical and professional behavior

Qualification

  1. B.Com/ BSc/ M.Com /MBA/ MSc in Finance/Accounting
  2. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
  3. Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
  4. Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT)
  5. Experience in UK based firm is essential
