Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the coordination of our truck fleet. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties- Coordinate and schedule truck routes based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and driver availability.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout the delivery process.
- Monitor the progress of shipments and address any issues or delays proactively to minimize disruptions.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or dispatching, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
