Upselling Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to focus on upselling web and design services. This exciting role requires the ideal candidate to excel at identifying opportunities to enhance existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upselling Services: Engage with existing clients to identify their needs and propose additional web and design services that meet their business objectives.
  • Client Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective upselling strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the web and design industry.
  • Negotiation: Confidently negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals while ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.

Requirements:

  • Education: O/A Levels background is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially within the web and design domain, is highly valued.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong client relationships.
  • Candidate Proficiency: Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly, as well as proficiency in negotiation and closing sales.
  • Web Development Concepts: Familiarity with web design and development concepts is a plus.
