A-Tech Solution is seeking a driven and results-oriented Front Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement: Manage inbound leads from Bark and convert them into successful projects for mobile app development, website design, and eCommerce.
  • Client Consultation: Understand project requirements, define technical needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop compelling proposals that align with client goals and industry trends.
  • Sales Management: Handle client budgets within the $1,000 – $8,000 range, ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to project completion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions and project flow within our CRM platform.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales (freshers are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for clients.
  • Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile app development, website design, and eCommerce projects is a plus.
  • Proposal Expertise: Proven ability to craft tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated to exceed sales targets and handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
