AI/ML Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to drive innovative AI solutions.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, ensuring best practices in model development and deployment.
Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
Research and implement cutting-edge AI techniques, staying updated with industry trends.
Ensure model performance, scalability, and efficiency through continuous improvements.
Oversee MLOps workflows, model versioning, and automation of AI pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to AI models and deployment.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in AI development, with experience in leading projects or teams.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and automation.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
