Senior Client Operations Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Operations Coordinator to play a key role in the smooth execution of our AgeTech initiatives.
This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can ensure seamless coordination across teams. If you have experience in operations, administration, or client coordination, and excel at bringing order to complex processes, we want to hear from you.
About This Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up pilot programs, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate client data, and compiling performance insights. Strong communication skills and the ability to make information easy to understand are essential.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client Program Management:
- Track program progress using backend data and summarize performance insights to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Set up and configure client program portals, accounts, and test environments ahead of launches.
- Prepare materials for internal meetings and client updates.
- Communicate with clients via email about shipment updates, schedules, and meeting coordination.
- Help organize calendars and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

- Prepare and organize shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure clear visibility for the team.
- Maintain accurate client and deal data in CRM systems.
