Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to handle inbound calls and emails, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is required.
- The successful candidate must speak and write good English, have strong computer and typing skills, and own necessary equipment such as a computer, Microsoft office suite, telephone, and reliable internet service.
- Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and requests promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
- Escalate customer feedback as needed.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead follow-up and research.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
