Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating supportive services of an organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate supportive services of an organization, such as record-keeping, mail distribution, etc.
  • Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
  • Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
  • Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Basic Computer skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
  • Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
