Job Overview

Audit and Assurance Executive will conduct regular branch audits to verify operational efficiency, reviewing key performance indicators.

The scope of audit includes:

  • Cash reconciliations for petty cash accounts and revenue verification.
  • Stock reconciliation with Oracle software.
  • Review of dealer credit balances against outstanding amounts.
  • Site visits to dealers across provinces, verifying company outstanding balances against records.
  • Invoice, payment, and discount verification in Ledgers.
  • PDCs verification with Dealer Outstanding.
  • Security Cheques verification with Credit Limits.
  • Service Center Audits for compliance, SVC revenue, and parts reconciliation.
  • Verification of physical assets with company records.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, rules, and guidelines.
  • Identifying internal control weaknesses and recommending improvements.
  • Submitting reports on audit findings with supporting evidence.
  • Reconciling company outstanding with corporate clients' records.
Key Requirements

A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with external auditing experience is required.

Leading and managing an audit/accounts team to deliver high-quality assurance services is necessary.

The ideal candidate should possess leadership qualities and credibility to motivate individuals and the team.

Thorough understanding of systems and risk-based auditing is essential.
