EcoEnergy is looking for a qualified Site Supervisor/Lead for solar installations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of solar site construction operations, including personnel safety, overseeing daily work activities, managing multiple subcontractors, reviewing work schedules, scheduling maintenance of site offices, maintaining project availability, training and safety of all technicians, and communicating with the management team.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to perform basic electrical calculations, read and interpret electrical schematics, manage priorities and workflow, work independently with minimal supervision, and effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
