Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled digital marketing strategist to focus on sales conversion, creation, and delivery of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
About the Role- Foster sales growth by planning and executing web, database marketing, email, social media marketing, pixel analysis, and display advertising campaigns.
- Create and maintain our social media presence, including design and development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, driving conversions and improving UX. They will also be able to identify target keywords and integrate them into content and paid advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement experiments and conversion tests to refine user experience.
- Evaluate customer interactions across multiple touchpoints, identifying critical conversion points and drop-off areas.
- Craft innovative acquisition content and strategies for paid and non-marketing channels.
The successful candidate will be an expert in Google, Facebook, Instagram ads and have the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. They will also have knowledge of content management systems and capacity to prepare digital insights and strategies based on analytical data.
Requirements- Proven expertise in website and marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of ad serving platforms and experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Background in leading and managing marketing databases, email campaigns, social media, and/or display advertising initiatives.
- Substantial experience in digital marketing, preferably within the industry.
