
Programme Financial and Administrative Officer

The Finance & Admin Officer will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the programme's finances, including financial reporting, budgeting, and expense management. This will involve working closely with the programme team to develop and implement financial plans and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts.
- Manage the programme's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. They should also be familiar with financial software and have experience in procurement and inventory management.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis.
