We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Handle general office administration, including document management, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities. Maintain and update company databases, files, and records.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • HR Functions: Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Admin Officer or Office Administrator.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:
  • HR Knowledge: Experience with HR-related tasks.
  • Office Procedures: Knowledge of office procedures and administrative best practices.
  • Procurement: Familiarity with procurement and vendor management.
