About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, a flair for crafting compelling proposals, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while achieving measurable sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Identify, evaluate, and bid on suitable projects across platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar freelancing marketplaces.
  • Craft Persuasive Proposals: Develop and deliver customized proposals to secure client projects effectively.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Cultivate Lead Generation Strategies: Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and engage prospective clients.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Analyze metrics and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, bidding, or business development roles.
  • Expertise in using freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and strategies to drive client acquisition.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to close deals effectively.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
