Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, cold calling, scheduling meetings, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, providing regular sales reports, and participating in sales training programs.

The candidate is expected to have basic experience in dealing with Modern Trade facilities, online as well as offline. Growth into the physical modern trade spaces, specially LMTs and IMTs and fostering to the needs of customers would be required of the "Sales Executive".

Kindly note: This job holds an expectation of regular short-medium distance travelling, inducting the complete FMCG and writing instruments range in a wider space of modern trade.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields
