Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for guests and candidates visiting our office.

  • Upon arrival, greet visitors warmly and direct them to the relevant personnel or facilities.
  • Manage the recruitment process by collecting resumes from candidates and facilitating communication with designated recruiters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to arrange meetings and conference room bookings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of usage and facility requests.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely assistance and escalating issues when required.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages, ensuring they reach their intended recipients in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in any field.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
