As a Personal Assistant to the Director, this multifaceted role requires exceptional organizational skills. The incumbent will provide comprehensive support to the Director, handling various aspects of office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
  2. Assist the Director in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.
  3. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, and perform data entry tasks as required.
  4. Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
