Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs that capture the essence of our brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and Create Visual Designs: Develop unique and engaging visual concepts for various mediums, including digital media, branding, and marketing materials.
  • Design Development: Utilize industry-standard design software to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, and apparel.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the design process.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs that meet or exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Education: 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Creative Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with creativity and innovation in visual design.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
