The Contract Manager plays a vital role in supporting the organization's business objectives through effective contract management.

This position involves leading and managing all contractual matters, requiring a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, as well as commercial principles.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contract Governance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract governance framework to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with contracts, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to provide timely legal advice and guidance on contract-related matters, and collaborate with external partners to resolve complex issues.

This role also involves providing training to relevant business personnel on contract management best practices, and ensuring that all contracts are compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess an LLB/LLM/Bar at Law Degree with 5-7 years of experience in an in-house legal team or law firm.

  • Qualifications: Experience in Tower sharing or Towerco is preferred, knowledge of legal frameworks, especially company and telecom laws in Pakistan, and proficiency in contract, corporate, and intellectual property laws.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
