- Acting as a front end between the management and sub-cons/suppliers.

- Mitigating the risk of activities that may result in negative margin cost variations.
- Ensuring that the database as per SOW is being properly maintained.
- Advising and drafting reports for the high management.
- Planning logistics activities to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitoring logistics ensuring delivery of materials in time of desired quality and with least cost.
- Preparation of Project quarterly cash flow statement.
- Project Unit return for all projects on a monthly basis.
- Any other job assigned by management.
