Architectural Designer For Commercial And Residential Projects

A highly motivated and experienced Architect is required to develop and implement architectural designs for commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of similar projects, excellent design skills, and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop architectural plans, blueprints, and 3D models for various projects.
- Work closely with the project manager, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Provide input on material selection, budgeting, and project timelines.
- Ensure all designs meet local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
