**Job Title:** Office Administrator

**Job Description:

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee the day-to-day facility management of our office. This includes maintaining workspace cleanliness, coordinating with vendors, and managing service contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing office expenses, supplier invoices, and payments in a timely manner. They will also communicate effectively with landlords, utility providers, and external partners to ensure seamless support.

Maintaining accurate fixed-asset registers, office equipment logs, and key company documents is crucial. The Office Administrator will ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

This role involves greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and correspondence, and coordinating meeting-room bookings and travel arrangements. Additionally, they will provide general support to the HR and Admin team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day facility management
  • Maintenance of office budget and financial records
  • Communication with external partners and stakeholders
  • Maintenance of fixed assets and office equipment
  • Support to HR and Admin team
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1+ years' experience in office/administrative roles
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and ability to learn new systems
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with high integrity and discretion
