Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support various departments to ensure smooth functioning of office activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure services are maintained properly.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance data, and documentation in coordination with the HR team.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Organize meetings, events, and training sessions; prepare necessary materials and refreshments.
  • Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport management.
  • Manage petty cash, utility bills, and office-related expenses.
  • Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures across departments.
  • Ensure security and maintenance of office infrastructure and IT equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor management is a plus.
