Clinical Instructor

The Clinical Instructor will be responsible for developing and implementing education programs for nursing staff. This includes creating proposals for additional training programs, conducting bedside teaching sessions, and evaluating staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate orientation and training programs for nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Create proposals for additional training programs that address specific needs of the staff, focusing on continuous quality improvement.
  • Conduct regular bedside teaching sessions to reinforce learning and evaluate staff performance.
  • Conduct random clinical rounds to assess staff performance and instructional methodologies, sharing reports with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and unit heads to identify in-service program needs and develop targeted training initiatives.
  • Manage the Nursing Education Services as part of our Continuous Quality Improvement efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in quality efforts such as Nursing Quality Assurance, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Infection Control to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing with at least 4 to 5 years of clinical experience and at least 1 year of teaching experience in Nursing.
  • Experience in conducting and organizing Nursing Education training sessions, with a strong understanding of clinical audits and reporting.
  • Valid Professional Nurses Council (PNC) registration is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu are essential, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Candidates with specialization in ICU and ER, or those certified in BLS, ACLS, and ECG, are highly preferred.
