Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Female Customer Care Representative to join our team for the international rent a car campaign. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities:
  1. Take information and details from customers and coordinate with them effectively.
  2. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
  3. Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to manage customer expectations.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with patience.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and responsibilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Arabic speaker preferred.

Our Offer:

Weekly one day off

Timing of 9 AM - 6 PM + compulsory 3 hours overtime which is paid separately

Basic Salary: 50K

The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
