We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Education Consultant to drive business growth in the education sector.

The ideal candidate is passionate about education and driven by targets, with a proven track record of achieving results in sales, business development, or education consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector through strategic partnerships and networks.
  • Counsel students and parents on overseas education options, providing expert guidance on universities, courses, and international education trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, institutions, and partners, fostering a collaborative environment that supports student success.
  • Achieve monthly targets for student enrollments and partnerships, leveraging negotiation skills and creativity to overcome challenges.
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and events, showcasing expertise and promoting our organization as a leading education consultancy.
  • Stay updated on international education systems, universities, and courses, ensuring expertise and knowledge remain current and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (business or marketing preferred), with a strong academic record and passion for education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or education consultancy, with a proven ability to achieve results and build relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and educators from diverse backgrounds.
  • Target-oriented with strong negotiation abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a drive to succeed.
  • Knowledge of international education systems is a plus, but not essential for the right candidate.
