Job Title: Executive Processor-Skilled Immigration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Processor to join our team. This role involves managing the administrative and procedural aspects of visa applications for individuals seeking to immigrate for work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting applications, managing client communication, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Handle end-to-end processing of skilled immigration applications (Canada, Australia, & New Zealand)
  • Coordinate with clients to gather documents, assess eligibility, and complete forms
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding file status and updates
  • Maintaining accurate records of all visa applications and client interactions.
  • Addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to their visa applications.
  • Stay updated with immigration policies, point systems, and application procedures
  • Liaise with case officers and legal experts when needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred: Law, International Relations, or Business Administration)
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in immigration case processing (Skilled Category preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong command over English (verbal and written)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple files efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
