Location: Lahore Office – Spectrum Travels & Tours

Spectrum Travels & Tours is seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Consultant for its Corporate Travel Desk at our Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for clients.

Handle international and domestic flight bookings using all three GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

Coordinate hotel reservations through portals such as GTA, Hotelbeds, Expedia TAAP, etc.

Process visa applications and provide clients with complete documentation guidance.

Prepare professional travel itineraries and quotations.

Communicate and follow up with airlines, hotels, embassies, and clients as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate travel role.

Strong command and practical experience with all three GDS systems.

Familiarity with global hotel booking portals and procedures.

In-depth knowledge of visa application processes for major destinations.

Proficient in English and Urdu (written and verbal).

Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.

Prior experience handling high-volume or corporate clients is an advantage.
