Job Title: Education Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Academic Issues: Identify core academic issues at primary and secondary levels, develop needs assessment tools, and evaluate teaching styles and methods.
  • Develop Training Programs: Coordinate, develop, and design teacher training programs, and facilitate school development plans.
  • Assess Student Profiles: Undertake monthly evaluation of students' academic profiles by filling out monthly assessment forms.
  • Facilitate Parental Involvement: Facilitate parental involvement with academic and behavior issues of their children.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to supervise support staff.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Urdu software e.g. InPage.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to independently organize and manage project events.
