  • Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and training to subordinates on business activities and account maintenance.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage stock records and develop strategies to minimize stock loss.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain files and records, ensuring easy access to financial information.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical accounting skills, including a solid understanding of financial accounting principles and GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role, as you will work closely with team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Additionally, you should be adaptable, willing to learn and implement new accounting procedures, software, or regulations as needed.
