Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, generating leads and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and generate potential leads for business loans.
  • Prospecting: Conduct thorough research on target industries and businesses to identify potential clients who may benefit from our loan brokerage services.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate the benefits of our business loan services and effectively address any inquiries or concerns potential clients may have.
Necessary Skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing or finance is required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Benefits

This is a commission-only role with a competitive commission structure ranging from PKR10,000- PKR50,000 per lead that converts.
