About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader - Frontend to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Vue.js and be able to drive frontend excellence, lead a passionate team, and deliver high-quality interfaces for web applications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement features. Experience with REST APIs, state management, and frontend testing frameworks is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the frontend team with a hands-on approach to development, architecture, and design.
  • Drive the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using Vue.js.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement features.
  • Optimize UI for speed, performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Maintain a reusable component library and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level frontend developers.
