Procurement Support

This role provides critical support to the procurement process, encompassing supplier sourcing, purchase order management, and timely delivery of goods and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to source products & services at competitive prices.
  • Negotiate pricing and supply contracts to ensure optimal value.
  • Verify that products and supplies meet required standards.
  • Configure product information within relevant systems to facilitate streamlined purchase processes.
  • Guarantee timely supplier delivery of goods.
  • Address and resolve purchasing-related complaints and issues.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Assist in resolving product feedback concerns from stakeholders.
  • Explore alternative supply sources for urgent needs and long-term requirements.
  • Makes informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of vendors, supply options, and pricing strategies.
  • Update and maintain comprehensive supplier databases with qualifications, delivery times, and potential future growth.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team and Head to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.
  • Comprehend and implement procurement policies and procedures.
  • Foster strategic, efficient, and flexible procurement practices to achieve optimal value, cost savings, and superior service quality.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or department head.
