About the Role:
  • Developing Clear Content
    • Write concise and engaging microcopy for UI elements (buttons, tooltips, error messages, etc.).
    • Create clear and user-centric UX writing for websites, apps, and digital products.
    • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to align content with user needs.
    • Conduct research and A/B testing to refine messaging and optimize results.
    • Establish tone and voice guidelines to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Evaluate accessibility and inclusivity in content creation.
    • Produce onboarding flows, in-app messages, and instructional content that resonate with users.
  • User-Centered Content Strategy
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent user experiences.
    • Align content with our overall brand voice and tone while adapting it for diverse touchpoints.
    • Participate in design sprints, wireframing, and prototyping to provide early input on UX content.
