Research & User-Centered Content Strategy:
  • Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience.
  • Align content with the overall brand voice and tone while adapting it for different touchpoints.
  • Participate in design sprints, wireframing, and prototyping to provide early input on content.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Strategist.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for writing within prototypes.
  • Strong communication skills to defend content choices based on research and best practices.
  • Ability to create content that aligns with information architecture and usability best practices.
  • Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and storytelling.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
