As a Web3 Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in positioning our company as a leader in Web3 and game development services. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that targets key market segments such as blockchain startups, gaming studios, and enterprises seeking decentralized solutions.

We are looking for an experienced marketer who can identify and target these market segments effectively. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and game development processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the company as a leader in Web3 and game development services.
  • Identifying and targeting key market segments, including blockchain startups, gaming studios, and enterprises seeking decentralized solutions.
  • Brand Management: Building and enhancing the company's brand presence across online and offline channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Content Creation & Management: Overseeing the development of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media posts that align with the company's expertise.
  • Event Marketing: Planning and executing marketing initiatives for industry events, webinars, hackathons, and trade shows.
  • Lead Generation & CRM: Developing lead-generation campaigns to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends in blockchain, Web3, and gaming to identify new opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Partnership Development: Identifying and cultivating partnerships with influencers, thought leaders, and industry organizations to amplify marketing reach.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, using analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize strategies.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the Web3, blockchain, or gaming industry.
  • Proven experience in driving lead generation and achieving growth targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and game development processes.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CRM platforms.
