Job Title: Strategic Relationship Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Relationship Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients, driving business growth, and meeting strategic objectives.

About the Role:

The Senior Priority Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing operational risk. Key responsibilities include acquiring new-to-bank priority qualified clients, providing service to assigned clients, cross-selling products, increasing wealth penetration, migrating clients to digital channels, consuming and converting leads, and maintaining client contact.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in relationship management, sales, and customer service, and a strong understanding of financial services and operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire New Clients: Identify and acquire new high-profile clients to drive business growth.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to assigned clients, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Cross-Selling: Cross-sell bank products to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Wealth Penetration: Increase wealth penetration by adding new wealth management clients to the portfolio.
  • Digital Channels: Migrate clients to digital channels for regular banking transactions, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert assigned leads into new business opportunities.
  • Client Contact: Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring their needs are met and building long-term relationships.
Key Stakeholders:

The Senior Priority Relationship Manager works closely with various stakeholders, including branch operations, centralized operations, segments, products, client experience, HR, client acquisition, and client care centre.
