As a Project Manager, you will oversee all stages and types of IT initiatives for the business, from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver effective business applications.
  2. Evaluate complex business requirements and processes, define options, and implement solutions.
  3. Lead design sessions and review meetings with technical and business staff.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
  5. Analyze workflow, establish priorities, develop standards, and set deadlines for daily operations.
  6. Manage multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques.
  7. Oversee application design through various lifecycle stages from business need to delivery.
  8. Maintain customer relationships.
  9. Contribute to developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Project Management Requirements:

Skill and Expertise
- Strong business analyst, application design, and project management skills are essential.
- Candidate should have at least 6 years of work experience, with 4 years of Project Management experience required.
- The candidate must be technically sound in ASP.Net / VB.net / SQL server 2000/2005, and C# is an added advantage.
- Experience in developing complex Web Applications and knowledge of the insurance industry are desirable.
- Candidate must be flexible, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills are required.
- Ability to develop and manage project scope, deliverables, milestones, and critical resource planning activities.
- Manage concurrent projects and their interdependencies.
- Estimate, prioritize, and schedule own tasks.
