The role of Microsoft 365 Teams Voice Administrator involves overseeing the design, configuration, and management of Microsoft Teams Voice solutions. This includes implementing Direct Routing, Calling Plans, and Operator Connect to ensure seamless voice communication.

Key responsibilities include designing and deploying Session Border Controllers (SBCs), troubleshooting and resolving voice-related issues, managing Teams policies and configurations, collaborating with network and security teams, performing migrations, and monitoring Teams Voice infrastructure. Additionally, providing end-user support and training, as well as creating comprehensive documentation for voice configurations and procedures.

This position requires expertise in managing and configuring Microsoft Teams Voice solutions, as well as experience with network design and implementation, specifically in areas such as bandwidth management, QoS (Quality of Service), and redundancy planning.
