Senior Officer Education and Training

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage front desk activities related to education and training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive student support, facilitating the distribution of ICAP publications, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of fee receipts.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing front desk activities by providing excellent customer service and support.
  2. Facilitating the distribution of ICAP publications and issuing fee receipts in a timely manner.
  3. Effectively communicating with students, members, registered tutors, and training organizations to address their inquiries and provide necessary support.
  4. Maintaining a high standard of handling general queries and providing exceptional support to all associated parties.

Education and Experience:

  1. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an HEC recognized University is required.

Skills Required:

  1. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
