Finance and Operations Expert

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and operations modules of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. A minimum of one year of hands-on experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze client business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document requirements, map the client's needs, and propose suitable changes to align with product capabilities.
  • Develop functional requirement documents based on collected data.
  • Provide solution overview training to business users on Dynamics AX/365 functionality across various modules and processes.
  • Configure the product to meet customer requirements as per the functional requirement document.
  • Prepare test scripts for testing configured scenarios.
  • Test end-to-end product scenarios in line with product standards and resolve conflicts with the technical team.
  • Design master data templates and reconciliations for data migration.
  • Offer post-implementation support and ongoing production assistance.
  • End-user manuals and user training are also expected from finance and operations experts.
  • Keep project status updated with the project manager and other relevant stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

ACCA, CA, or ICMA qualifications are highly desirable.
