Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily progress of web and software development projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients, fostering strong relationships and open communication
  • Led team meetings, schedule daily standups, progress updates, and status reports to keep everyone informed and aligned
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and potential blockers, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Cultivate client feedback, share insights, and implement effective changes to drive project success
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure timely testing and deployment, guaranteeing smooth project execution
  • Provide regular project health reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, informing data-driven decisions
  • Support the team in setting realistic timelines, milestones, and sprint goals, ensuring clarity and focus on objectives
  • Ensure clear task assignments and deliverable expectations, empowering team members to excel in their roles
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language
  • Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for quality and accuracy
  • Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or Asana, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Confident in liaising with developers, designers, QA teams, and clients, building strong relationships and trust
  • A natural leader, with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving project success
  • A team player, who enjoys working collaboratively with developers and clients alike, sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Experience working in a software house environment, with exposure to international clients or remote teams
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, embracing iterative development and continuous improvement
