Job Title: Senior Solution Architect

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Solution Center department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all solutions meet customer requirements.

You will be responsible for reviewing Request for Quotations (RFQs), providing in-depth knowledge of PLC/DCS-based control systems, SCADA systems, and field instrumentation selections. Additionally, you will estimate and propose cost-optimized solutions for brownfield jobs.

Your tasks will include developing project execution plans, managing risk associated with technical and commercial proposals, coordinating sales support, and providing quotes from vendors. You will also design and develop standard procedures, execute philosophy, project plans, and commercial terms & conditions.

Negotiating prices and discount schedules with vendors is another critical aspect of your job. You will ensure technical/commercial compliance of proposals and report exceptions to management and sales teams.

Innovative solution reviews and alternate efficient designs resulting in measurable optimization are key performance indicators for this role. Maintaining quality of product solutions as defined and adhering to CSIA standards is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master Degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in engineering or technical sales.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
