Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Senior Design and Proposal Engineer to join our team.

This role involves developing technically compliant and cost-effective proposals for the Middle East region, leveraging experience in automation and high-level SCADA systems.

You will be responsible for integrating subcontractors and systems, exhibiting a strong commercial presence, and working effectively with international teams to drive customer-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of proposal development experience in industrial automation, power control, or related industry experience.

A B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering is required, along with fluency in written and verbal English.

Prioritizing stakeholder relationships, managing risk, and aligning the team with internal stakeholders are essential skills for this position.
