Job Overview

As a dedicated UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for data-centric applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern UI/UX and experience in designing component-based systems that map well to React or similar frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design in Figma, from wireframes and prototypes to final design assets
  • Work with the product team to create low-fidelity wireframes for rapid discovery and iteration
  • Translate concepts into clean, logical, scalable UI/UX flows that developers can implement with confidence
  • Build and maintain a Figma component library / design system aligned with React best practices
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and well-structured
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and usability
  • Pay attention to micro-interactions, spacing, typography, and accessibility
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (SaaS, dashboards, or complex apps preferred)
  • Expert in Figma: components, auto-layout, variants, design tokens, prototyping
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and accessibility best practices
  • Comfortable collaborating with developers, understanding their workflows and constraints
  • Detail-oriented — avoids sloppy design, enforces consistency in spacing, typography, and interactions
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
