Online Bidding Strategist

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sustainable financial growth through effective sales strategies and strong client relationships. This part-time role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing a growth strategy, and managing bids on various projects.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT technologies, excellent communication skills, and good negotiation, planning, and time management skills. They must be available as per the U.S. and Europe Time zone and possess the ability to conduct market research and identify new markets and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and generate target-based revenues from new customer acquisitions.
- Bid Management: Manage bids on Web Development, Mobile Applications, Game Development, and Digital Marketing projects.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Lead Generation: Research potential leads from business directories, Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: English (Both speaking and writing).
- IT Background: Familiarity with IT technologies.
- Time Zone Availability: Available as per the U.S. and Europe Time zone.
- Negotiation and Planning Skills: Good negotiation, planning, and time management skills.
