ERP Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient ERP Specialist to join our growing team.

This role is essential to streamlining and optimizing internal operations, particularly across inventory, order processing, finance, and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and maintain ERP systems to support daily business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimize system usage.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide training and support to staff on ERP usage and best practices.
  • Customize reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and ERP systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across all business processes.
  • Assist in migrating existing data and integrating third-party tools where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
  • ERP management experience in Apparel & Textiles is required.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, finance, and/or retail processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
  • Experience in managing system integrations with platforms like Shopify, logistics, or accounting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to global operations and ERP practices.
