Key Role: IT Manager for Gravure Printing Operations

This is a critical leadership position that oversees and optimizes the ERP system and IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations, system integrity, and continuous improvements across all production, procurement, design, and inventory modules of our printing ERP system.

About the Job
  • We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with expertise in managing, customizing, and maintaining the ERP system built for gravure printing operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), cloud platforms, and APIs, as well as understanding of manufacturing workflows, design-to-delivery lifecycle, and inventory control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage, customize, and maintain the ERP system to optimize operations and ensure system integrity.
  • Oversight of key modules including job quotations and order lifecycle, design recipe and workflow automation, raw material and ink management, machine allocation and scheduling, cylinder lifecycle and reuse tracking, operator dashboards and performance monitoring, and profit/loss reporting with cost input from labor, chemicals, and substrates.
  • Collaborate with developers to request new features, fixes, and upgrades.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/ERP management; experience in a manufacturing or print production environment is a strong advantage.
  • Prior exposure to gravure, flexographic, or packaging printing processes preferred.
