Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the company's Upwork and Fiverr accounts.
  • Search for relevant web design, development, and branding projects daily.
  • Write personalized, high-converting proposals to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and confidently communicate project details.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain records of all bidding activity and performance reports.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in freelance platform bidding (Upwork, Fiverr).
  • Strong understanding of web design, development, and branding services.
  • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Experience in writing customized proposals and dealing directly with clients.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Able to work onsite at our office.
